Trainee position - Joinery labourer - Dairy Flat

We’re looking for someone reliable to join a small team based in Dairy Flat.

This is a hands-on role assisting with the installation and fitting of secondary glazing systems across Auckland. No experience is required - full training will be provided - but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential.

You’ll learn on the job alongside an experienced installer and gradually build practical skills over time.

You’ll be working with a manager who is experienced, practical, and focused on doing the job properly. This role suits someone who wants to learn, build skills over time, and be part of a reliable team. In return, consistency, effort, and reliability are expected.

What the role involves: Assisting with installation of window systems across Auckland Working alongside an experienced installer and learning the process step-by-step Supporting workshop and manufacturing tasks when required Using hand and power tools in a practical work environment

This is active, physical work. You’ll be on your feet most of the day, working with your hands and moving between sites.
