Cafe Supervisor

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role where no two days are the same. You will be right in the action, supporting the team, engaging with customers, and helping create an outstanding cafe experience.

What the Role Involves • Supervising daily cafe floor operations and keeping service running smoothly • Supporting front of house staff during busy service periods • Handling customer enquiries with confidence and professionalism • Coordinating orders and communication between front of house and kitchen team • Ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience from start to finish • Assisting with cafe promotions including social media updates and simple in store marketing

About You:

• At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality or cafe environment • Confident leader who can motivate and support a team • Strong communication skills and a customer first mindset • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment • Flexible and reliable, with availability to work weekends and public holidays • Good understanding of food safety and workplace health and safety practices • Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand • Have reliable transport • Can pass a MOJ check
