Store Manager
About this job
We are looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our Bush Inn store.
You will be responsible for making sure the store is well presented, fully stocked, running efficiently, and meeting company standards. You will also lead the team, support customer service, and ensure the store follows all Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day store operations Ensure shelves are stocked, ticketed correctly, and store presentation is maintained Oversee stock receipting, stocktakes, and supplier compliance Maintain freezers and chillers Manage staff rosters within budget Support recruitment requests when needed Ensure Health & Safety and Food Safety standards are followed Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly Lead, train, and support team members Attend regular company meetings as required
Job Requirements
Previous retail leadership or management experience preferred Strong organisational and communication skills Able to lead a team in a busy retail environment Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable, positive, and customer focused 3+ years’ experience being a people leader, ideally in retail or supermarket space

- Store Hours are Monday - Sunday 8.30 - 6.30pm. Store Manager position is Tuesday – Saturday. (40 hours per week)
