Otahuhu based employer is seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Window Blind Maker to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing, measuring, assembling, and installing various types of window blinds, including roller, venetian, vertical, and custom-designed blinds. This role requires precision, manual dexterity, and a keen eye for quality and finish. Heavy lifting, quality check, stocktake and other duties are also included. Job Requirements
• Have Full licence to drive work van when required and be able to get to Otahuhu base. • Have at least 1 year experience in a similar role: measuring accurately, basic hand tool use, installations. Previous Blinds installation would be an advantage. • That experience to be noted on your updated CV • Be physically fit and capable of heavy lifting, so no bad backs etc please. • Be able to measure accurately. • Be drug free in order to pass a pre-employment drug testing and MOJ Checks.
