About the Role
You will be responsible for:
-Providing excellent customer service -Assisting customers with products and purchases -Processing sales and payments -Keeping the store clean, tidy, and well presented -Restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels -Assisting with displays and promotions -Handling customer enquiries in a positive and professional manner -Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations
Job Requirements
-Friendly and approachable personality -Reliable and motivated -Confident communicating with customers -Able to work as part of a team -Good attention to detail -Retail experience preferred but not essential -Interest or knowledge of vaping products is an advantage -Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet throughout the day
