Road Construction Labourer (Asphalt)

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced full-time Road Construction Labourer (Asphalt) to join our road construction team, specialising in asphalt work in the Hamilton area. This is a hands-on role where you will support site crews to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include: • Assisting with asphalt laying and general road construction tasks • Performing a variety of general labouring duties on site • Using hand tools and assisting machinery operators • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment • Following all health and safety procedures

Job Requirements
• A current Full Class 1 driver’s licence (Class 1F) and a reliable transport • Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors • Previous experience in asphalt work (required) • Concreting experience (advantageous but not essential)
