Duty Manager

We're looking for someone that's available to work full-time, Sunday to Thursday.

Store hours: Monday - Wednesday 9:00am - 5:30pm Thursday 9:00am - 9:00pm Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm Saturday - Sunday 9:00am - 6:00pm

What will you be doing?

• Operating the tills • Leading the team to provide first class customer service • Responsible for running a shift • Training and coaching the team • Supporting online customers by efficiently picking and packing orders • Ensuring accurate pricing on tickets • Maintaining a clean and tidy department • Be a Health & Safety advocate

To be successful in this role:

• Previous Duty Manager experience is preferred at least 2 years • Previous retail experience • Passionate about pursuing a retail career • A customer service expert • A reliable and trustworthy work ethic • Can build a great rapport with the team • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work flexible hours/weekends • A commitment to Health and Safety in the workplace • Have high-energy, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
