Housekeeper - Part time
About this job
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Housekeeper to join our tourism-focused business in Taupo.
Your responsibilities include: • Removing linen, towels, rubbish, and recycling from rooms. • General upkeep of bedrooms (making beds, cleaning bedrooms). • Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, lounges, & dining areas. • Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting (high and low areas). • Cleaning hard-to-reach spaces such as corners and behind furniture. • Exterior cleaning of rooms & washing windows. • General gardening tasks (sweeping leaves, weeding). • Maintaining public areas including: Games room, Swimming pool and spa pool, Laundry room & Children’s playground.

Job Requirements
• Must be available on weekends, public holidays, & school holidays. • Must have reliable transport. • Previous experience in industry. • Fluent in English. • Physically fit: able to lift up to 25kgs, comfortable cleaning high, low & hard to reach areas. • Available to start ASAP. • Up to date CV. • Able to follow instructions. • Great customer service.
- Days of work
- 1 to 2 days per week on a rotating roster, plus every Sunday. (Incl. Public Holidays) Hours between 9.30am-12.30pm. (8 hours per week)
