This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations while working alongside your team. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage staff, subcontractors, and site workflows • Coordinate materials, deliveries, and scheduling • Liaise with clients on-site in a professional manner • Monitor project progress and report on timelines • Troubleshoot issues and maintain strong quality control • Operate tools and light machinery as required • Train and mentor team members to build their skills • Work closely with management to keep projects running smoothly. This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday), with hours varying depending on season and project demands. Pay is based on skills and experience.

Job Requirements

What They’re Looking For • Proven experience in landscaping or construction (4+ years) (leadership experience preferred) • Full NZ Driver’s Licence (essential) • Physically fit with a solid work ethic and “get stuck in” attitude • Strong organisational and communication skills • Ability to lead a team and run a site confidently • Reliable, punctual, and solution-focused • NZ Citizen/ Residency or valid NZ Work Visa
