About Us We are a friendly, family-owned cafe in the heart of Newtown, known for quality coffee and warm community vibes. We serve between 100-200 cups of coffee per day, and we take pride in creating an environment where customers feel welcomed from the moment they walk in.
About the Role We are looking for skilled, motivated, and people-focused Baristas to join our team. This is a customer-facing role where your personality matters just as much as your coffee skills.
As a Barista, you will: • Craft and serve consistently high-quality coffee • Provide friendly, attentive service with a genuine smile • Work efficiently during busy periods • Support smooth day-to-day cafe operations

Job Requirements
2+ years of barista experience or equivalent skill level Must be confident with latte art Reliable, responsible, and great under pressure A passion for coffee and creating positive customer experiences Someone who brings a warm, welcoming smile to every shift
