Duty Manager
About this job
A chartered club is looking to employ an experienced Duty Manager to join their team. If you have your LCQ and a current General Managers' certificate and a flair for creating an unforgettable guest experience, we want to hear from you. Key responsibilities for this full time role: Oversee the bar operations, including stock management, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Managing private events, special promotions, and entertainment offerings to drive business growth and enhance the guest experience is also part of the job. Knowledge of gaming machine management would be valuable but not essential
Job Requirements
Must have either:
-A current Duty Manager’s Certificate, or -The Licence Controller qualification with sufficient hospitality experience and the ability to obtain a Duty Manager’s Certificate. -Gaming machine experience would be valuable but is not essential. -Must be available for evening and weekend work. -Full class 1 Drivers Licence or Restricted -Pre-employment checks will be required.
