HVAC Technician
About this job
An Auckland based HVAC services company is looking for a full-time permanent HVAC Technician.
In this role tasks will include: - Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems - Diagnosing faults and performing efficient repairs - Conducting preventative maintenance and system inspections - Assisting with preparing quotes and cost estimates for repairs, maintenance, and installations - Completing site visits to assess job requirements - Communicating with clients about system issues and recommended solutions - Supporting installation and upgrade projects when required - Maintaining accurate service and job records - Ensuring all work complies with Health & Safety regulations

Job Requirements
- Min. 5 years HVAC/Refrigeration experience - Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues - Strong focus on health and safety compliance and safe work practices - Reliable and professional, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail - Must have Full NZ Class 1 Driver Licence - EWRB Limited/Practicing license - Electrical Exposure desired - Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and a Ministry of Justice police check
