You’ll be responsible for: - Managing day-to-day store operations - Leading and developing a high-energy team - Delivering an exceptional customer experience - Overseeing operational processes and performance - Maintaining high standards across food quality and service
Job Requirements
- Epic people & communication skills – keep the energy high! - Exceptional time management & organisational skills - Ability to multitask, keep calm & solve problems under pressure - Experience in a leadership position – management skills required; you’ll oversee between 10 – 15 staff - Commitment to working in a high energy environment where weekends and nights are the norms - Passion for providing an excellent customer experience - Can pass MOJ and Drug test (Minor conviction maybe considered if disclosed upfront) -Must have at least 6 months Managers experience in a similar role -An up to date CV on file - Able to work rostered shifts including weekends/public holidays
