We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in Milton.
In this role, you will support people in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities: Providing personal care (showering, dressing, grooming) Assisting with meal preparation and daily nutrition needs Helping with light household tasks and home support Meal preparation and assistance with nutrition Light household duties and home help Supporting clients with community access and activities Providing respectful, person-centred care in the home

Job Requirements
Minimum Restricted Driver’s Licence (essential) and Reliable transport Ability to work independently and follow care plans Must be able to pass MOJ Support workers to visit people in their own homes to help them with personal care Good communication and interpersonal skills A caring, respectful, and dependable attitude Ability to pass background and safety checks (as required) An updated CV is required
