We are looking for a 2 Restaurant Supervisors to join our team in Beachlands.
Responsibility: Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner. Upsell food and drinks, and maintain CRM with our local customers. Demonstrate staff and client management skills. You will be a team player, an empathetic communicator, and a leader. Be experienced in operating a food safety programme and leading Health and Safety compliance (or be willing to be trained). Minimum 30 hours, up to 45 hours.

Job Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of experience in the restaurant industry - Must have Supervisory or management experience - Must have a Manager's Certificate or be ready to obtain it - Strong customer service, communication skills, and reliability - Be able to train with the FOH Team - Flexible with working hours - Maybe required to work on Public Holidays - A knowledge of Asian food cuisine would be advantageous - Reliable transport - Up to date CV reflecting relevant experience
