Day & Night Commercial Cleaner - South Island wide

Day-to-day cleaning of the sites which includes but not limited to: • Vacuuming carpets, • curtains, • rubbish removal, • toilet cleaning, • sweeping and mopping, • dusting, • buffing, polishing, and topical floor coating maintenance including re-waxing and polishing floor. • Applying relevant acids and solvents to remove stains and dirt • Cleaning, dusting, and mopping floors and surfaces, ensuring that the area is clean of dust, dirt, and rubbish. • Operating commercial vacuum cleaners to clean floors and work areas • Other relevant tasks. You will be assigned an area and have 3 or 4 businesses in the area to clean - you will use your own vehicle to move between sites.

****This role also covers businesses throughout the South Island - you will be required to use the company vehicle to go to the town and do the specialist clean. You will be accommodated and paid a meal allowance. Duties include Carpet cleaning with machines - Building Wash with high pressure water blaster - Window cleaning inside and outside.*****

MUST HAVE: Full licence and own reliable vehicle. Ability to work nights. ****Ability to travel throughout the South Island and have overnight stays.**** Be able to pass a pre employment drug test. No criminal convictions. Physically fit - this role includes working with heavy equipment. General commercial cleaning experience Training available for the technical side of the role
