We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bartender to join our team in Russell. This role involves delivering high-quality beverage service while assisting in the day-to-day operations of a busy bar environment.
You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure a high standard of service, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day bar operations efficiently - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Develop and introduce weekly drink specials - Maintain stock levels, including keg room management and stock control - Assist with the planning and execution of events and private functions - Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and conditions - Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience - Handle customer enquiries, issues, and complaints professionally - Perform cash handling and end-of-day cash-ups - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across bar and service areas - Follow all health and safety procedures

Job Requirements

- 7 day a week operations (Trading hours: 10am - Midnight) - Rostered Shifts according to business requirements. (30 hours per week)
