About this job
We’re looking for a customer-focused and confident communicator to join our team in a fast-paced, phone-based collections role.You’ll work with members to find practical repayment solutions, provide support during financial hardship, and help keep accounts on track through proactive follow-up. Understanding (or willingness to learn) relevant regulations (Privacy Act, CCCFA, etc.) What you’ll do: Contact members with overdue accounts (phone, text, email) Arrange fair and realistic repayment solutions Maintain consistent follow-ups and accurate records Provide empathetic, professional support Work closely with internal teams and external partners About you: Strong customer service and communication skills Confident on the phone and resilient in challenging conversations Well organised with good time management Team player with a positive attitude Full-time, office-based role (no work from home) Supportive team environment and career development opportunities
Job Requirements
Must have experience in collections, banking, financial services, or customer service. Must be able to get to work. Must pass a police check and a credit check .
