Cafe Manager

We are looking for an experienced and exceptional Multi-Site Cafe Manager to lead the team at our Takapuna and CBD Site.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads with confidence and professionalism. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while managing day-to-day cafe operations.

Are you a cafe pro? We need expert barista skills. Beautiful latte art and a sharp eye for menu development. If you love driving sales with in store deals and know you way around P&L who enjoys working autonomously and have strong business and financial acumen, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities • Lead, motivate, and manage the cafe team to deliver exceptional service • Oversee daily operations across one or multiple cafe sites • Manage stock control, procurement, and supplier relationships • Monitor and manage COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and financial performance • Develop menus and contribute to product innovation • Drive in-store promotions and business growth • Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service About You • Proven experience in hospitality management, ideally in a cafe setting • Strong leadership and people management skills • Experience managing multiple sites is highly desirable • Solid financial and operational management capability • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Passion for delivering a seamless and memorable customer experience Requirements • Full NZ working rights • Full Class 1 Driver Licence • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
