Maintenance Worker

A Maintenance Worker/Handyman is needed for a Hotel in Wellington to carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our hotel properties are well-maintained and in good condition, including but not limited to guest rooms, public areas, gardens, and back of house areas.
You will be responsible for: - Completing small property maintenance and repairs - Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and identifying any issues that need to be addressed ahead of time - Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance work completed - Liaising with hotel staff, owners, and contractors as needed to coordinate repair or maintenance work - Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant codes and safety regulations - Basic gardening and outdoor maintenance

Job Requirements
- Available to work weekends when needed - Have at least 1 years' relevant experience - Be able to work between 3 different locations in Wellington - Have your own transport with a full license - Pass an MOJ check
