We’re on the lookout for an empathetic, passionate, and motivated Support Worker to join our Community team in Waipu. You’ll play a key role in delivering hands on and emotional support, enabling clients to thrive and stay independent.

Job Requirements
• Updated CV with two contactable referees • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Right to work in NZ, able to pass police vetting and CYRAS check • Confident using computers and apps • Calm and capable with challenging behaviours • Organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure • Respect for confidentiality • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Full driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle • Physically able to meet role requirements • A Health and Wellbeing Level 2 Certificate is preferred—however we can support you to gain this if you don’t already have it • Must be living within 10–15 km of Waipu

- Split Shift: Monday to Saturday - 8am to 11:30am & 4pm to 6pm (15 hours per week)

- $23.97 up to $29.68 p/hr depending on experience or qualification
