Counter Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities • Greeting and serving customers over the counter, via phone, and through email to manage sales orders and inquiries. • Sourcing specific electrical products to suit customer needs and providing accurate quotes. • Processing payments, handling cash, and managing customer returns and credits efficiently. • Picking goods for customers and ensuring they receive the correct products for their projects. • Supporting high branch standards by restocking shelves, merchandising, and ensuring the showroom is clean and organized. • Maintaining accurate stock data, records, and general administrative tasks. • Ensuring all Health & Safety protocols are strictly adhered to at all times for the safety of staff and visitors.

Job Requirements • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, and experience in the electrical industry is essential. • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with trade professionals. • A strong team player who respects "doing things the right way" and supports their colleagues. • Ability to handle physical tasks, including picking stock and moving items around the branch. • A consistent and punctual work ethic with the flexibility to meet branch operational hours.
