Support Worker - Bluff

We’re excited to welcome a compassionate, motivated Support Worker to join our specialist team in Bluff (must live within 10-15kms). You’ll play a key role in delivering hands on and emotional support, enabling clients to thrive and stay independent. Are you a great communicator who is resilient and copes well with change?
Duties include but are not limited to: • Meal preparation • Personal care (showering, toileting, grooming) • Administering medication • Supporting community outings and social integration • Home management and daily living support Must be available for varying flexible shifts and hours (including weekends). Week 1 Wed - Sun (21 hrs) Week 2 Wed - Sun (23.50 hrs).

Job Requirements
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus, but not essential. • An up-to-date CV with at least two contactable referees • Comfortable using computers and mobile apps • A Health and Wellbeing Level 2 Certificate (we can support you to gain this if you don’t already have it) • Ability to pass police vetting checks, a full driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle.
