About this job

We’re looking for a hands-on installer who takes pride in transforming spaces and delivering high-quality finishes. If you enjoy practical work, problem-solving, working with tools, and seeing the finished result at the end of the day, this role could be a great fit.

You’ll be installing a range of modern window furnishing products including curtain tracks, curtains, shutters, roller blinds, vertical blinds, and motorised systems across residential and commercial projects. No two days are the same — one day you could be fitting sleek motorised blinds in a new build, the next installing custom shutters in a stylish renovation.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and can deliver a professional customer experience while getting the job done right the first time.

Key Responsibilities • Install curtain tracks, curtains, shutters, roller blinds, vertical blinds, and motorised window furnishing systems to a high standard. • Measure, prepare, and fit products accurately according to specifications and installation requirements. • Operate and program motorised blind and curtain systems where required. • Conduct onsite assessments and identify any installation challenges or adjustments needed. • Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and within scheduled timeframes. • Maintain a clean and professional worksite during and after installations. • Liaise professionally with customers, builders, and other trades onsite. • Troubleshoot and resolve minor installation or product issues. • Load, unload, and transport materials and tools safely. • Complete installation documentation and report any defects or issues promptly. • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and company policies.
