About this job
We are currently seeking experienced Digger Operators with strong skills in final trim battering,hedging and detailed excavation work to join projects across civil and construction sites. Operate excavators efficiently for Final trim and precision finishing Batter shaping and profiling Hedging and trench detailing Read and interpret site plans, levels, and laser guidance systems Work closely with site supervisors and ground crews to meet project specifications Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all finishing works conduct daily pre start checks and ensure machinery is operated safely Adhere to all site health & safety requirements
Requirements • Proven experience as a digger/excavator operator in final trim and detailed civil works • Ability to operate machines with high precision and control • Experience with GPS laser systems (preferred but not essential • Strong understanding of site levels, grading, and drainage • Valid licences tickets relevant to excavator operation • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment

Job Requirements
Must have proven experience as a digger operator. Must be reliable and able to work the hours required Must have reliable transport to get to and from work Must be physically fit and be able to work in a team Must be able to pass a drug test. Able to pass MOJ check reference required
