Recruitment Consultant (Entry)

This is a role that comes with full training for the right person that is looking to grow a real career. You will start under the wing of a senior consultant, learning the roles of candidate management, before moving into managing your own clients.

This position will support the lead recruitment agent on the financial services desk, so an interest or knowledge of financial services is a plus!

Must haves:

- Proven sales experience, whether that is on the phones, door to door, etc - but measured and driven - Intelligent and able to problem solve on the move - Driven by success and looking to find a path to prove yourself - Motivated by exceeding targets and making money - A people person who is able to make strong judgements and build relationships - Not happy just ticking boxes, this is for someone who is always looking for more!
