Night Shift Supervisor

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently lead a team during evening operations. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and support staff during the night shift • Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations • Implement company procedures and training effectively • Maintain a positive and approachable presence for team members • Handle pressure situations calmly and professionally • Previous supervisory or leadership experience required • Strong communication skills – approachable and easy to talk to • Able to perform well under pressure • Confident in following instructions and implementing processes • Reliable and committed to consistent evening shifts.

Previous experience in food production industry. First aid certificate preferred but not essential.
