Foundations General Labourer

A well-established residential foundations company based in Christchurch. We are looking for reliable and hard-working General Labourers to join our growing team.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who wants stable work, good crew culture, and the chance to build a career within the civil and foundations industry.

You’ll be working alongside experienced crews completing residential foundation preparation and site works across Christchurch.

Key Responsibilities Assisting with residential foundation dig-outs Shovel, rake, and broom work Plate compacting and site preparation Assisting digger and truck operators Laser level and site set-out assistance General labouring and clean-up duties Supporting boxing and strip crews when required Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite

Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic and good attitude Physically fit and capable of manual labour Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Ability to follow instructions and work safely Civil, earthworks, or construction experience is preferred but not essential

Full class 1 and Transport can pass MOJ and Drug screen
