Qualified Motorcycle Technician/Mechanic

We have been in business in Hamilton for the past 47 years servicing motorcycles. We are now on the look out for a Qualified Motorcycle Technician to join our team.

As a Qualified Technician/Mechanic, you are responsible for delivering high-quality servicing, maintenance, and customisation of motorcycles. This role combines technical expertise with craftsmanship, enabling you to transform motorcycles into tailored, high-performance machines that meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities Perform routine servicing and maintenance, including oil changes, brake inspections, and engine diagnostics. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults with precision and efficiency. Customise and modify motorcycles by installing performance parts, accessories, and finishes. Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and attention to detail. Deliver exceptional service to a loyal customer base. Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented workshop environment.

Must hold relevant trade qualification or proven industry experience in motorcycle or automotive mechanics. Full, clean motorcycle licence. Strong technical aptitude and problem solving skills. Effective communication skills and ability to follow direction. Reliable, honest, and team focused approach. WOF certification is desirable but not essential. Legal right to work in New Zealand.
