AFFCO Rangiuru is currently seeking a proactive and hands-on Engineering Supervisor to lead our engineering maintenance operations within our Trades Division. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this pivotal role ensures the timely, cost-effective upkeep of plant equipment and utilities, while driving operational excellence and safety across the site.
As Engineering Supervisor, you’ll coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance, contribute to project design and administration, and lead a skilled team of tradespeople. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining plant performance, reducing downtime, and fostering a safety-first culture that empowers your team and supports AFFCO’s strategic goals.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in industrial maintenance supervision or engineering leadership. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair capability. Familiarity with maintenance planning, budgeting, and performance metrics.
