Business Development Manager
About this job
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business and grow existing client relationships. This is a hands-on role managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract signing.
Key Responsibilities • Generate new commercial cleaning contracts • Proactively prospect, cold call, and meet clients • Prepare and present proposals and pricing • Manage the full sales cycle • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Work with operations for smooth onboarding • Meet sales targets and KPIs • Maintain CRM records
Job Requirements
• Experience in sales or business development (B2B preferred) • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated and results-driven • Able to manage your own pipeline • Full NZ driver’s licence • Eligible to work in New Zealand • Must be able to pass an MOJ check and drug test
