About the Role As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our guests. This is a varied position that combines reception duties with front-of-house service and helping out with evening restaurant service.
Key Responsibilities Greeting and checking in guests with a warm, professional approach Managing bookings, phone calls, and emails Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues efficiently Supporting front-of-house service when required Processing payments and maintaining accurate records Keeping reception and public areas tidy and presentable
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service essential Strong communication and people skills Confident using computers and booking systems Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Well-presented, reliable, and punctual A positive, team-focused attitude Must have an up-to-date CV and provide a cover letter
