An employer based in Hope requires Harvesting and planting staff from mid-June to mid March 2027.
• We are hiring motivated workers to assist with planting an harvesting fresh produce to meet quality and quantity targets. • Tasks include planting, harvesting, grading, sorting, and packing vegetables with speed and accuracy. • Support seasonal tasks under the direction of the Harvest Supervisor or Team Leader. • Work as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently while following health and safety protocols. Job Requirements
Physical Capability Requirements: • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours). • Must be able to lift and carry crates or boxes (up to 15kg). • Fast and repetitive hand movements required. • No Criminal Convictions.
Other requirements • Able to follow verbal and written instructions. • Strong attention to detail for quality control. • Reliable and punctual. • Team player with a positive attitude. • Own transport required • Must maintain current driver’s license.
