Electrical Technician

A Petone business is keen to to employ a Electrical technician, Your primary role is to assist with the repair, servicing, and fault-finding of domestic appliances in our workshop, with a strong main focus on coffee machine repair, which is our core business.

You will be trained to work on a range of appliances and brands, and you are expected to learn, follow procedures, and carry out work to the required quality and warranty standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Repair and service domestic coffee machines (this is your main focus) • Assist with diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs under supervision as required • Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines for brands o Breville o De’Longhi o Nespresso o Kenwood o Braun • Ensure all repairs are completed to a high standard and within reasonable timeframes • Accurately record repair details, parts used, and job notes

Other Appliance Repairs In addition to coffee machines, you will also assist with the repair of other small domestic appliances, including but not limited to: • Kitchen mixers • Heaters • Stick blenders
