Carpenters - experienced in Formwork

Experienced Formwork Carpenters are urgently required for concreting projects at a Silverdale site.

You will be responsible for constructing and installing formwork systems for concrete structures on commercial and residential sites. Work will involve setting out, assembling, bracing and stripping formwork to required specifications.

Duties include: • Read and interpret construction drawings and plans • Set out and construct formwork for concrete structures • Measure, cut, assemble, and install timber or system formwork • Ensure formwork is level, aligned, and structurally sound • Install bracing and supports as required • Assist during concrete pours and monitor formwork stability • Strip and dismantle formwork after concrete has cured • Work effectively with site supervisors and other trades

MUST HAVES: • Solid experience in formwork carpentry within concreting projects • Competent in setting out, constructing, and stripping formwork/boxing • Ability to produce high-quality formwork to required standards • Willingness to support the wider crew across all site activities • Hold a valid Site Safe Certificate • Own reliable transport • Full or Restricted NZ Driver Licence • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test • Pass MOJ/Police Check - Criminal Convictions on a case-by-case basis
