Excavator Operator
About this job
We’re looking for skilled Excavator Operators to join civil crews delivering high-quality earthworks and drainage projects. You’ll be operating a range of machinery and playing a key role in site operations. Key Responsibilities: • Operating excavators for site cuts, trenching, and load-outs • Assisting with drainage work including pipe placement and benching • Reading and interpreting site plans • Conducting daily machine checks and basic maintenance • Completing site documentation (SSSPs, site diaries, etc.) • Working safely and communicating effectively with team members What We’re Looking For: • Minimum 5+ years’ excavator operating experience • Relevant licences/tickets (WTR preferred) • Strong understanding of civil construction and drainage work • Ability to read and apply site plans accurately • High safety awareness and reliable work ethic • Good communication skills and team attitude

Clean background checks Minimum 5 years of excavator operating No transport issues to get to and from work

- Monday to Friday- any overtime will be pre-arranged (30 hours per week)
