Gardeners Offsider
About this job
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Gardener’s Offsider to support day-to-day landscaping and garden maintenance tasks. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to move into a full-time position for the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities Assisting with general gardening and grounds maintenance Operating gardening equipment including: Weed eater / line trimmer Lawn mower Refuelling and basic maintenance of lawn mowing equipment Lawn care, edging, trimming, and weed control General outdoor labouring and site clean-up Following health and safety procedures on site
Job Requirements
Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor labouring preferred Ability to confidently operate gardening equipment Basic knowledge of lawn mower maintenance and refuelling Physically fit and capable of manual labour in outdoor environments Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn Able to stay focused and productive throughout the workday
Must pass a pre-employment drug test No criminal convictions Full driver’s licence Own reliable vehicle/transport
