Tank Maker/Fabricator

Tanksalot is a manufacturer of premium, sustainable rainwater storage solutions and related products. We are looking for a positive and motivated person to help move this growing business forward.

We are looking for applications from experienced fabricators that have the drive and willingness to grow into a 2IC. It would also be advantageous if you have:

• Experience in Roll Forming • Experience as a Team Leader

You will be responsible for:

• Operating steel moulding machinery. • Product assembly. • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production. • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues. • Maintain production logs, documenting output, machine performance, and any incidents that occur. • Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. • Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards. • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and improve processes. • Assist in the training of new operators and provide guidance on best practices in manufacturing operations.

You will be a true team player with a friendly, forward-thinking attitude. Additionally, you will be able to tick the following:

• Previous experience working with corrugated steel or experience/interest in working in a general manufacturing environment. • Experience in operations planning & execution or those with a keen interest in developing new skills in this area • Able to interpret and work effectively from product drawings • Ability to learn quickly with a positive, can-do attitude • An eye for detail • Physically fit • Confident in the safe use of a large range of hand and power tools • Can prioritise and monitor multiple jobs at once and meet deadlines consistently • Health and Safety conscious
