General Labourer

Employer based in Otara is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to support our civil construction team. This role involves assisting with a variety of on-site tasks to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing, digging, and levelling ground • Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment • Support skilled workers and machine operators with day-to-day tasks • Carry out manual labour such as trenching, shovelling, and compacting • Assist with drainage works, pipe laying, and basic concrete tasks • Set up and pack down tools, equipment, and temporary site structures • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment • Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to site plans • Comply with all health and safety regulations, including the use of PPE • Identify and report hazards, incidents, or faulty equipment • Assist with traffic management and site safety when required • Perform general labouring duties across various civil projects
