A Wellington Restaurant is searching for a Restaurant Supervisor to join their team, where you will be responsible for supervising front-of-house staff and ensuring efficient service delivery during operating hours.
Key responsibilities include: • Supervising and coordinating front-of-house staff during service • Allocating duties and ensuring effective workflow and service standards • Monitoring and maintaining high levels of customer service • Assisting with staff training and onboarding • Handling customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints • Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling • Monitoring stock levels of front-of-house supplies • Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements • Supporting compliance with host responsibility and alcohol service laws

Job Requirements
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a restaurant or cafe • Experience working in a busy, high-volume hospitality environment • Ability to supervise staff and coordinate service operations • Strong communication and organisational skills • A current Manager’s License Certificate (or ability to obtain one) • Formal hospitality training is preferred but not essential • Able to pass a pre-employment Drug test and MOJ check • Must have an up-to-date CV
