Franklin area-based employer is looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to join our Broccolini Harvest Team. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role that involves hand-harvesting broccolini crops at knee level in all weather conditions.

What You’ll Be Doing • Hand harvest broccolini stems in the field. • Remove debris, damaged products, and foreign matter before placing product into field bins. • Planting of broccolini crops • Grading of product, communicating any issues to the Machine Operator or Team Leader. • Assist with other duties in our packhouse operations as required • Work cooperatively with other team members to meet harvest goals. • Support the team’s flexibility by assisting with other duties as required. • Follow all Health, Safety, and Wellbeing procedures — our goal is for everyone to go home safely, every day.

Job Requirements

• Able to pass MOJ/ Drug test • Strong attention to detail and quality focus. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Physically fit and able to work on your feet, bending and reaching throughout the day. • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. • Must have reliable transport to travel to field sites around the Franklin region.

Days of work
07:00am to 5:00pm (Monday- Saturday) (32 hours per week)
Pay Details
PAY: $24.50 Per hour + Plus weekly take homes, Kora Fuel Discounts
