Assistant Store Operator - Kerikeri

We are looking for a reliable, flexible, and customer-focused team member to support the day-to-day operation of a busy dairy/vape retail store combined with a chicken and chips takeaway service.

Monday to Sunday - 6.30am - 8pm Ability to open and close the store independently when required

Assist the Manager with daily store operations Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring shelves are always fully stocked

Merchandise products neatly and maintain a clean, organised store environment at all times Ensure the store is safe, secure, and compliant with all operational standards

Deliver excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and positive experience for all customers Process sales accurately, manage the till, and record daily transactions

Assist in the kitchen operations when required, including food preparation and handling Pack and present orders efficiently for customer collection Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety

Follow and uphold all health and safety regulations across both retail and food service areas at all times

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to multitask between retail and food service areas Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills
