Assistant Managers x 2 needed for popular Seafood Retail Shop both based in West Auckland. This chain of shops aim to supply only the highest quality seafood at the best price. Freshness is their main priority and only the finest seafood and shellfish make the cut.
The main responsibilities include:
- Providing an excellent level of customer service, - Respond to customers enquiries and complaints - Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties, - Interviewing, hiring and training, resolving staff grievances, quality control, inventory and stock control, pricing of good, ensuring health and safety - Opening and closing of shop and whatever else is required on the shift.

Job Requirements
- To be considered you will need to have a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a Seafood Retail environment or Fish and Chip Takeaway environment may be considered. - Ability to pass a MOJ and obtain references from most recent employers is a must. - Ability to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday is essential
- Days of work
- The days of work needed are Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7.00am to 7.00pm. (32 hours per week)
