A Wellington based busy Fresh Fish Store is looking for keen and motivated fish filleters to join their team. Duties include: • Preparing a wide range of consistency high quality seafood from scaling, gutting, filleting, portioning, and cutting fish for retail and wholesale customers. • Must have outstanding customer service skills. • Must be able to adhere to Health and Food Safety Hygiene protocols. • Must be fit and strong as sometimes heavy lifting and driving is involved. • Must be dependable, initiative-taker, able to work in a team.
Previous experience in fish-filleting is an advantage but not essential, Training will be provided to the right candidates.

Job Requirements
• Working experience in fish industries preferred/or have some knife skills. • Must pass pre-employment checks, Police, MOJ and Drug test • Must have Full Licence and able to drive Manual is preferred as driving is part of the role. • Must have reliable transport. • Must have an up-to-date CV
