This is not your typical 9–5 job — it’s hands-on, outdoors, and right on the water.
As an Oyster Farmer, you’ll be working from a pontoon in the beautiful Bay of Islands, helping grow and harvest premium oysters. You’ll be part of a small, hardworking team where your effort directly contributes to the success of the farm. If you enjoy physical work, being outdoors, and want a job with purpose and variety, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing: - Managing oyster lines and equipment on the water - Cleaning and maintaining farming gear - Assisting with stock rotation - Working safely in a marine environment - Supporting the team to keep operations running smoothly

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For: - Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather - Hardworking with a pleasant nature - Confident around water (you’ll be working from a pontoon) - Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Restricted or Full Driver Licence (must be able to get to work) - Able to pass a Ministry of Justice check - Able to pass a drug test
