The Sales Assistant will undertake sales and customer service duties to assist with the operation of the retail function at our Hornby store. Candidates must be available to work weekends.

Job Requirements

Main duties include: • Professionally arranging and replenishing stock on display as required • Assisting with customer enquiries, both face-to-face and over the phone, while maintaining a high level of professionalism • Assisting with the purchase and handling of goods for sale in an efficient manner • Carrying out basic cleaning duties to ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well presented at all times • Receiving and checking incoming stock deliveries to ensure quantities and item conditions are accurate • Fulfilling any other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested or required Candidates must be available to work weekends.

Days of work
Rostered over 7 days 9am to 7pm Candidates must be available to work weekends. (40 hours per week)
