Commercial cleaner

We are seeking experienced Commercial Cleaners to join a local employer. This role involves cleaning vacant residential properties and commercial office spaces to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities: • Remove rubbish, construction debris, paint splatter, and dust from indoor and outdoor areas • Clean windows, sills, tracks, and polish interior and exterior glass surfaces • Clean and sanitise site cabins, meeting rooms, kitchens, and toilet facilities • Replenish hygiene and cleaning supplies as required • Maintain clean, safe walkways and ensure work areas are free from hazards • Operate commercial cleaning equipment (sweepers, mops, vacuums) to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards

Working Hours: • Shifts may vary between 6:30am and 12:00am, based on operational requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning • Full driver’s licence and reliable transport (must be able to travel to Takanini) • Physically fit and capable of manual handling and lifting tasks • Flexible and available to work a range of shifts as required • Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) background check • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test • Recent reference(s) from a previous cleaning role required

Role involves physically demanding cleaning duties and requires flexibility to work across a wide range of shifts (6:30am–12:00am- 2 shift in this time ). Candidate must be physically fit and able to manage varying hours . Work is in south Auckland and North Shore ( company vehicle provided)
