Commercial Cleaner

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Commercial Cleaner to join our team and help maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety across our sites.

Responsibilities: - Ensure all cleaning is carried out in accordance with validated cleaning procedures - Operate scrubber and sweeper machines as part of daily cleaning activities - Implement cleaning policies and practices in line with the company’s Food Safety Program - Disassemble, reassemble, clean, and sanitise machine parts and other equipment - Clean and sanitise all site areas, including indoor and outdoor workshop floors, offices, washrooms, carpets, and mats, in line with the scope of work - Sanitise all food-contact surfaces using approved chemicals and equipment - Identify and escalate safety or quality issues in a timely manner - Work with senior management to schedule sanitation tasks around plant operations - Take responsibility for quality standards and the final cleaning outcome

- Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided - Physically fit, reliable, and trustworthy - Strong attention to detail to ensure all areas meet required cleanliness standards - Ability to understand, correctly interpret, and follow instructions, procedures, and information - Full, clean driver licence required to travel independently between multiple client sites - Flexible with hours, including working midnights, weekends and public holidays - Ability to successfully pass police vetting and drug screening
