An independent, charitable provider of residential care is looking for support workers for cover across a range of shifts. As a support worker you will help empower clients to achieve independence and inclusion in everyday life. You will work as part of a large friendly team passionate about delivering the best possible care and support for clients.

Job Requirements
Previous experience in a caregiving or support role is preferred however full training will be provided. Relevant qualifications (e.g., NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential. A compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to pass a police vetting and reference checks. A drivers licence and own transport are essential.
- Days of work
- 80 hour per fortnight on a rotating roster. Morning, afternoon and night shifts required. (40 hours per week)

- Living wage $28.95 (or $30.65 for level 4)
