Key responsibilities: - Working with ACC patients - Personal Care - Household & Daily living Support - Appointment & Vocational/Community Activities. - Client Specific Clinical Support - Health & Wellbeing Monitoring - Documentation & Communication. - Professional Conduct.
While this job starts off at 15 hours for good candidates the employer can provide additional hours quickly.
Pay will be based on Pay Equity Agreements in place and are tied to qualification levels, where higher qualifications mean higher pay. Rates start at around $24.00 per hour and could go up to $29.00 for ideal candidate.

Job Requirements
- NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (preferred) - Current First Aid certificate - Experience in home-based care, disability support, or rehabilitation - Training/experience in catheter/colostomy management, bag management, hoisting, positioning, and handling. - Valid driver’s licence - Police vetting/ clear MOJ and Youth check - Pass a Drug test - Reliable transport
